RETURNS FOR 30 DAYS

To do so, please contact us at info@chateauvandale.com and we will outline the procedure. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping/customs costs for returning your item. Once the returned product has been received by us, you will be reimbursed for your order.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

No customs or local taxes on orders to EU. Local sales tax and/or customs duty may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These are charges that are on the customers own expense.
